1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return if:

  • You are not satisfied with the shoe you received.

  • You received the wrong size, wrong product, or wrong color.

  • The shoe has a major undisclosed defect.

Note:
As these are preloved items, minor signs of normal use (light creases, small marks) are not considered defects.

2. Return Window

  • You must request a return within 48 hours after receiving your order.

3. Condition for Return

To qualify for a return:

  • Shoes must be unused after delivery.

  • Original packaging and any accessories must be returned.

4. Refund Options

Once we receive and inspect the returned shoes, you can choose:

Full amount refunded to your bank account, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or account of your choice.

✔ Store Credit

A voucher that can be used on any future purchase.

✔ Product Exchange

Swap your product with any other available pair on our store.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the error is from our side (wrong item, incorrect size sent, major undisclosed defect), Jutay Point covers the return shipping.

  • If the return is due to customer dissatisfaction, size change, or personal preference, the customer bears the return shipping cost.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipping only.

  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled, but you may still request a return after receiving the product.
